“Joystick everywhere” is a personal computer peripheral consisting of no handheld stick that pivots about one end. Rather it is a three-dimensional tactile sensor which can estimate the magnitude and direction of the force and contact position of the handheld object or user’s finger, consisting of an elastic body as thin and soft as human skin and light beams irradiated in parallel just under the elastic body. -
